- 1 pound mostaccioli pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook mostaccioli pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ricotta cheese, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- In a skillet, brown meatballs over medium heat.
- In a large baking dish, combine cooked pasta with marinara sauce and meatballs.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, substitute half of the ground beef with ground pork.
- You can use any combination of cheese you prefer.
