Description

This Tandoori Cauliflower is a flavorful and healthy dish, perfect as a side or main course.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and salt.
  4. Coat the cauliflower florets in the mixture.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
