- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then sear in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
