Description

This creamy spinach queso dip is a perfect appetizer that’s packed with flavor and great for parties!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and spices until smooth.
  3. Fold in spinach, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
