This creamy spinach queso dip is a perfect appetizer that’s packed with flavor and great for parties!
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and spices until smooth.
- Fold in spinach, cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked when ready to serve.
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less jalapeños.
