Delicious and healthy spinach egg muffins perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach and feta cheese.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the egg mixture evenly into each cup.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
