- 10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained spinach, chopped artichokes, Greek yogurt, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and slightly golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or vegetable sticks.
