A creamy and delicious spinach artichoke dip made healthier with Greek yogurt.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced vegetables.
Notes
- Can be made a day in advance; just bake before serving.
- For added flavor, consider adding chopped herbs like parsley or dill.
