Ingredients

- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup bok choy
- 2 teaspoons chili paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper and fold to seal.
- In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
- Add the dumplings to the boiling broth and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the mushrooms, bok choy, chili paste, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy your spicy dumpling soup!
Notes
- For a milder soup, adjust the amount of chili paste to your taste.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or peas.
- Serve with additional green onions on top for garnish.
