Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter until well combined.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Grease mini muffin tins and fill each cup with batter.
- Bake for about 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let poppers cool slightly, then drizzle with honey.
