Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Place the steak in a vacuum-sealed bag with olive oil and rosemary.
- Preheat your sous vide water bath to the desired temperature (e.g., 129°F for medium-rare).
- Submerge the bag in the water bath and cook for 1 to 2 hours.
- Remove the steak from the bag and pat dry.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and sear the steak for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned.
- Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For optimal results, use an instant-read thermometer to check doneness.
- You can add additional herbs like thyme or garlic for extra flavor.
- Always let the steak rest after cooking to retain juices.
