Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour with warm water to form a dough.
- Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
- Combine the pork, ginger, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and gochujang in a separate bowl.
- Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
- Fill each circle with the pork mixture and seal.
- Steam the dumplings for 15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine chicken broth and heavy cream, and heat until blended.
- Serve the dumplings with the creamy gochujang sauce.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level of gochujang to taste.
- These dumplings freeze well; just steam directly from frozen.
