A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich featuring smoked salmon and cream cheese, perfect for brunch or a light lunch.

- 4 slices bread
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Spread cream cheese evenly over each slice of bread.
- Layer smoked salmon on two slices of bread.
- Add cucumber slices, capers, and dill on top of the salmon.
- Top with the other slices of bread, cream cheese side down.
- Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice on top of the salmon.
- These sandwiches can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
