Description

A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich featuring smoked salmon and cream cheese, perfect for brunch or a light lunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 slices bread
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces smoked salmon
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped


Instructions

  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over each slice of bread.
  2. Layer smoked salmon on two slices of bread.
  3. Add cucumber slices, capers, and dill on top of the salmon.
  4. Top with the other slices of bread, cream cheese side down.
  5. Cut sandwiches into halves or quarters and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice on top of the salmon.
  • These sandwiches can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
