Description

A delicious twist on Thanksgiving leftovers!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound fries
  • 2 cups turkey, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup gravy
  • 1 cup cheese curds
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the fries in a single layer on a sheet pan and bake until crispy.
  3. While the fries are baking, prepare the gravy in a saucepan.
  4. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and layer the shredded turkey on top.
  5. Pour the hot gravy over the turkey and fries.
  6. Sprinkle cheese curds over the top and return to the oven for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use leftover turkey for best results.
  • Feel free to add more toppings like cranberry sauce or additional cheese.
