Description

A quick and easy dinner with salmon and a variety of vegetables all cooked on one sheet pan.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, arrange the salmon fillets and vegetables.
  3. Drizzle everything with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the vegetables until they are well coated in oil and seasonings.
  5. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve immediately.
