- 1 pound sea scallops
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add scallops and cook until browned and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Pour in white wine, lemon juice, and zest; simmer for a few minutes.
- Toss in cooked spaghetti and parsley, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
