Description

A delicious and colorful treat for Valentine’s Day, this pink fudge is perfect for sharing or enjoying yourself.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup pink food coloring
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  2. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and food coloring.
  4. Fold in sprinkles.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a deeper pink color, add more food coloring.
  • You can substitute chocolate chips with your favorite flavors.
