Description
Delicious Philly cheesesteak sliders made with tender steak, melted cheese, and served on sweet Hawaiian rolls.

- 1 pound thinly sliced beef steak
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, sauté until softened.
- Add the beef steak to the skillet, cooking until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the beef mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls, then top with provolone cheese slices.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the cheese.
- Brush the tops with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and slice into individual sliders before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding mushrooms or using a different cheese.
- These sliders can be made ahead and baked shortly before serving.
