Description

A festive chocolate treat perfect for the holidays!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies


Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt semisweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Spread evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes until set.
  4. Melt white chocolate chips until smooth, then stir in peppermint extract. Pour over the set semisweet chocolate layer and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  6. Chill for another 30 minutes until fully set. Break into pieces to serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
