- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup jelly or jam of choice
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then peanut butter, mixing well.
- Gradually add flour mixture and milk, mixing until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- For the cheesecake layer, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped cream and spread over the cooled cake.
- Top with a layer of jelly or jam and refrigerate until set.
