- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough into a greased muffin tin.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
- Let cool before removing from the tin.
Notes
- Make sure to not overbake for softer cookie cups.
- Customize by adding nuts or different types of chocolate.
