- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup jelly or jam of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the peanut butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fill cupcake liners halfway with batter, add a teaspoon of jelly, then top with more batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before frosting or serving.
