Description

Delicious and healthy Peanut Banana Oat Cookies, perfect for a quick snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  4. If using, fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool and enjoy!
