- 1 round Brie cheese
- 1 bread bowl
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the bread bowl and remove the insides to create a hollow.
- Place the Brie cheese in the center of the bread bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, walnuts, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the Brie.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is melty.
- Serve warm with pieces of the bread removed from the bowl for dipping.
Notes
- For a sweeter option, add dried cranberries to the honey mixture.
- This dish is best enjoyed immediately after baking.
