- 1 cup milk

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, combine oats and milk and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add brown sugar, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla to the bowl and mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
