Neer Dosa is a traditional dish from Mangalore, known for its soft and delicate texture.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rice (soaked)
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Soak rice in water for at least 3-4 hours.
- Blend the soaked rice with water until smooth.
- Add salt to the batter and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and swirl to spread it evenly.
- Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges lift.
- Fold and serve warm.
Notes
- For a thinner batter, add more water.
- Neer dosa can be served with coconut chutney or sambar.
