- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 cups chocolate chunks
- 1 cup toffee bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars together until fluffy.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chunks and toffee bits.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
- For extra chewiness, refrigerate the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking.
