Description

  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Remove the core from the cabbage and place the head in a baking dish.
  3. Melt the butter and pour it over the cabbage.
  4. In a bowl, mix the vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the broth mixture over the cabbage.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for about 1 hour, until the cabbage is tender.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the top is slightly crispy.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
