- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 large eggs

Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, eggs, and salt until combined.
- Continue to cook while whisking constantly until the mixture thickens and can coat the back of a spoon.
