- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup gochujang
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions
- Rinse and dry the chicken wings thoroughly.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken wings in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the chicken wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
- Toss the fried chicken wings in the sauce until well coated.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

- For extra crispiness, double fry the chicken wings.
