- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the strawberries and white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let cool on wire racks.
Notes
- If you prefer firmer cookies, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
