Ingredients

- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, fresh ginger, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Add the steak pieces to the marinade and stir to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove steak from marinade and cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
