- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually add flour and salt to form a dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth and elastic.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a roll and place in a greased baking pan.
- Let rolls rise again until puffy.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush warm rolls with melted butter before serving.
Notes
- For an extra soft texture, use bread flour instead of all-purpose flour.
- These rolls can be frozen after baking; reheat in the oven before serving.
