Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 1/4 cup gochujang
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, and black pepper.
- Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat with the glaze.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill wings for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and cooked through.
- Baste with remaining glaze during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra crispiness, you can bake the wings in the oven at 425°F for 30 minutes before grilling.
