- 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak pieces and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the steak and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the steak back to the skillet along with Italian seasoning and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley, and serve immediately.
