- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 sub rolls
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties and grill or cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Slice the sub rolls and place a cheeseburger patty in each roll.
- Top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
