- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, letting the excess drip off, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the cauliflower wings for 20-25 minutes or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
- While the cauliflower is baking, mix the buffalo sauce with melted butter in a bowl.
- Once the cauliflower is done, toss them in the buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
- Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can broil them for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Feel free to adjust the spice level by varying the amount of buffalo sauce.
