- 2 pounds chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions and sauté until they are soft.
- Add the chicken pieces and brown on all sides.
- Stir in the paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in the chicken broth, bring to a simmer, cover, and let cook for about 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the sour cream and flour, then stir into the chicken mixture.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
