- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain the excess fat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, and black pepper to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Mix in the green beans and half of the cheddar cheese. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and fried onions.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
