Description

A quick and easy bibimbap recipe made in one skillet, featuring ground beef and lots of colorful vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup zucchini, diced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and ground beef; cook until browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce.
  4. Add carrots, zucchini, and spinach; cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny side up.
  6. To assemble, place rice in bowls, top with beef mixture and fried eggs, and garnish with green onions.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add gochujang (Korean chili paste) to the beef.
