Description
A quick and easy bibimbap recipe made in one skillet, featuring ground beef and lots of colorful vegetables.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 cup zucchini, diced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ground beef; cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce.
- Add carrots, zucchini, and spinach; cook until vegetables are tender.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny side up.
- To assemble, place rice in bowls, top with beef mixture and fried eggs, and garnish with green onions.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add gochujang (Korean chili paste) to the beef.
- This dish is easily customizable with your choice of vegetables.
