Description

These Gochujang Eggs are a flavorful and spicy twist on classic eggs, perfect for enhancing your breakfast or brunch!


Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar


Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and gently add the eggs.
  2. Boil the eggs for about 7-8 minutes for a soft yolk, then transfer them to an ice bath.
  3. Once cooled, peel the eggs and set them aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  5. Coat the peeled eggs in the gochujang mixture.
  6. Top with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
