Description

Garlic mashed potatoes are a creamy and flavorful side dish, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. In a small pan, sauté the minced garlic in butter until fragrant.
  3. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
  4. Add the sautéed garlic, butter, and milk to the potatoes. Mash until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
