Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large tomato, diced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef and stir to combine.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by half of the beef mixture, half of the cheese, and half of the sour cream.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
