- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 large tomato, diced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef and stir to combine.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by half of the beef mixture, half of the cheese, and half of the sour cream.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato before serving.
