- 1 pound white American cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cream cheese, cubed
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine white American cheese, cream cheese, diced tomatoes, milk, diced onion, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos.
