Description
This Easy Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry is a quick, healthy meal perfect for weeknights!
Ingredients

- 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil, garlic, and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
- Add in broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Return the beef to the pan, add the beef broth and oyster sauce, and mix well.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Can substitute vegetables based on preference.
- Use low-sodium soy sauce for a lighter dish.
