- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes (with juice), kale, vegetable broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Add the spaghetti, stirring well to submerge. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
