Description

Deliciously creamy and cheesy, this crockpot spinach artichoke dip is the perfect appetizer for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until heated through and creamy.
