Ingredients

- 12 ounces fettuccine
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Add garlic and shrimp to the skillet, cooking until shrimp are pink.
- Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, bringing to a simmer.
- Add parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
- Toss in the cooked fettuccine and mix well to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
