Description

A zesty and refreshing cranberry salsa perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar


Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine cranberries, orange zest and juice, green onions, jalapeño, cilantro, and salt. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add sugar and pulse twice just to combine.
  3. Transfer to a bowl and let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Best made a few hours in advance.
  • Can be served with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
