- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond butter, and honey or maple syrup.
- Add the chopped cranberries, orange juice, vanilla extract, protein powder, sunflower seeds, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Place the balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

- For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
