Description

This colorful and sweet Cotton Candy Fudge is the perfect treat for any occasion, bringing the fun of the fair to your home!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cotton candy
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • food coloring (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
  3. If using, add a few drops of food coloring until you reach your desired hue.
  4. Fold in cotton candy until well incorporated.
  5. Spread the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and let it cool completely.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and serve.
